NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for any purchases made on Bricksale.
Once a template has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the transaction is complete and cannot be reversed.
WHY NO REFUNDS?
Digital products are different from physical goods because:
- You receive instant access to download the complete template files
- Once downloaded, the files cannot be "returned"
- We cannot verify that you have deleted or stopped using the template
- The product retains its full value after being accessed
BEFORE YOU PURCHASE
To ensure you're making an informed decision, we provide:

EXCEPTIONS
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we will work with you in the following situations:
1. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the same template twice, contact us within 48 hours with your order numbers, and we'll issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.
2. Payment Processing Errors
If you were charged multiple times due to a payment processing error, we'll refund the duplicate charges immediately.
3. Download Issues
If you cannot access your download due to technical issues on our end (not resolved within 7 days), we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
4. Defective Product
If the template files are corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the description, we'll work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Instead of refunds, we offer comprehensive support:

Most issues can be resolved with proper support. Please contact our team before giving up on a template.
CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks are considered fraud. If you initiate a chargeback after successfully receiving your template:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All download access will be revoked
- You may be banned from future purchases
- Legal action may be taken to recover costs
If you have a legitimate issue, please contact us first. We're reasonable people and will work with you to find a solution.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCEPTION
If you believe you qualify for one of the exceptions above:
- Email us at support@pco-templates.com within 48 hours of purchase
- Include your order number and detailed explanation
- Provide screenshots or evidence if applicable
- Allow up to 3 business days for review
